The investment team, made up of professionals with a 25+-year track record in all areas of the supply chain, seeks high-quality counterparties and longer-term contracts, securing predictable cashflows. 70% of the internal rate of return is derived from the yield and the remainder from the disposal of the assets. Target net IRR of 15%, with a double digit yield.
